Rodriguez, the former CEO and Managing Director of Hays U.S., as its newest Board Director. With a stellar
career and a proven track record in the staffing industry, Mr. Rodriguez will play a pivotal role in steering
Addmore’s strategic growth initiatives, particularly as the company sets its sights on expanding within
Canada and the United States.

Mr. Rodriguez brings over 30 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. Mr. Rodriguez began his career
at KForce Inc., before starting, building and selling his own company, Veredus, to Hays plc in 2014. Mr.
Rodriguez remained as CEO and Managing Director of Hays U.S. before becoming Advisor to the U.S.
leadership team. Mr. Rodriguez currently serves as an Advisor to NextPath Career Partners, a Tampa IT
staffing firm. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership, overseeing transformative initiatives that
propelled the organization to new heights. Mr. Rodriguez brings a unique blend of vision and operational
expertise that aligns seamlessly with Addmore’s commitment to excellence.
